Rice Water

• Use the As I Am rice water spray daily to rinse shampoo, conditioner, or stylers from hair, or as a shower water substitute.
• Shake the bottle before use.
• Spray the product onto your scalp twice a day.
• Gently massage the spray into your scalp.
• Use the spray several times daily to refresh and rehydrate dry hair.

Long & Luxe Shampoo

• Rub ample amount of shampoo between palms.
• Lather through wet hair.
• Massage hair and scalp, leave on for 5 minutes and rinse well.
• Repeat if necessary.

Long & Luxe Conditioner

• Distribute conditioner throughout hair. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
• Detangle and rinse well.
• For deep treatment, distribute conditioner throughout hair.
• Put on a plastic cap. Leave on for 15-20 minutes under a hooded dryer.
• Dampen hair if it gets too dry. Remove cap.
• Detangle and rinse well.

JBCO Cowash

• Wet hair thoroughly.

• Rub a liberal amount between palms. Distribute and work product throughout the hair. Massage the scalp with your fingertips as you would do with a conventional shampoo. Detangle hair with a wide-tooth comb. Rinse well. Repeat if necessary to remove excessive product build-up or for further scalp cleansing.

Curling Creme

• Start with clean, detangled hair.
  
• While your hair is still damp or wet, work in small sections and applyAs I Am Curling Cream from root to tip.
  
• To define your curls, glide each section between your thumb and forefinger, then twirl the ends around your fingertip to form a coil.
  
• If hair begins to dry during styling, lightly mist with water to keep it damp.
  
• Let your hair air dry or sit under a hooded dryer on a low setting.
  
• Once fully dry, gently fluff and shape your curls for your perfect finish.

Curling Jelly

• While hair is still wet, take small sections and applyAs I Am Curling Jelly from root to tip.
  
• Use your fingers to scrunch each section to enhance curl definition.
