Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like most online retailers, we share certain personal information (such as device identifiers, browsing and purchase activity, and hashed contact information) with advertising partners so we can show you relevant ads on other websites and apps. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this is considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information, and you have the right to opt out. See Advertising and Analytics Partners and Your U.S. State Privacy Rights below.

Advertising and Analytics Partners

We use tracking technologies from third-party advertising and analytics partners on our Site, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram). These tools automatically collect and transmit information to Meta about your activity on our Site, including:

  • Pages and products you view, items you add to your cart, and purchases you complete (including order value and items purchased);
  • Device and browser information, IP address, and identifiers such as cookies;
  • Information you enter into forms on our Site — such as your email address, phone number, name, city, state, and ZIP code — which is hashed (converted into an unreadable code) before it is sent to Meta and used to match you to your Meta account.

Meta uses this information to help us measure the performance of our advertising, build audiences, and show you ads for our products on Meta platforms and elsewhere. Meta may also use this information for its own purposes as described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can control how Meta uses data to show you ads through your Meta Ad Preferences. You can opt out of our sharing of your information with advertising partners as described in Your U.S. State Privacy Rights below, or by using the cookie preferences tools on our Site.

We may use similar technologies from other partners (for example, analytics providers and email marketing platforms) to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve our services.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for several purposes:

  • Essential cookies keep the Site working — for example, remembering your shopping cart contents and keeping you logged in.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed, how often, and where visitors go next — so we can improve our content and services.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel described above) collect information about your browsing and shopping activity, and may be linked to personal information such as your hashed email address or phone number, so that we and our partners can show you relevant ads and measure their performance.

Some of these technologies collect information that identifies you or your device, and some of this information is shared with third parties. You can manage your cookie preferences using the cookie settings tool on our Site, through your browser settings, or by exercising your opt-out rights described below. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information in states where it is legally recognized.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know / Access: request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you, and information about how we use and share it.
  • Right to Delete: request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we need to complete your order or comply with law).
  • Right to Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: opt out of the "sale" of your personal information or its "sharing" for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising cookies and pixels may qualify as a sale or sharing under some state laws.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights:

  • Click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of our Site to opt out of targeted advertising cookies;
  • Email us at privacy@asiamnaturally.com with your request; or
  • Use a browser or extension that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out request where required by law.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request — for example, by confirming the email address associated with your account or orders. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond as required by your state's law.

Categories of personal information we collect and disclose: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address, device identifiers); commercial information (products viewed, purchased, order history); internet activity (browsing and interaction with our Site and ads); and inferences drawn from the above (such as product preferences). We disclose these categories to the service providers described in "Who Views Your Personal Information," and we share identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity with advertising partners as described in "Advertising and Analytics Partners."

+

Retention: we keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, order records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly use our advertising partners to target ads to children.
