Free Shipping

Orders of $35.00 or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied to your order once your order reaches this amount. Free shipping is Standard Ground Shipping. Please see Shipping Page for more information on shipping rates and times.

Accepted Forms of Payment

To make shopping easy for you, we accept many forms of payment. Payment methods include: Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


Shipping Process

All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Orders placed on weekends or during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 2-4 business days upon receipt of order. The selected shipping method applies after order has shipped.


Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from As I Am with your tracking number. You can track your order through the provider up until delivery.


Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. We’ll refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.

Before you return, please send an email to Customer Care at cs@asiamnaturally.com or chat with us in our live-chat below, within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)


A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and send you shipping instructions for returning the item.

Refunds are processed in 10 business days of our receiving your return and refunds will be credited to the original payment method within two billing cycles.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for retail store purchases. We only process items purchased from AsIAmNaturally.com.
